It really depends on which God you are speaking of, God of the Bible, Koran, Tanakh, or the Divine which exist at a subjective level within most human beings (mind yo I did say most). As to the prior they are probably constructs of man as a cultural expression of the given concept of the mutually acceptable expression of the higher good. If you speak of the latter, well that is a bigger question. God in the latter case may exist outside of humanity, or it may exist within the human mind as an expression of the higher self.

I think he was begotten not created.
strangely there is no reference to gods mum and Dad in the bible nor does it give his mobile number or email address so we cant ring him up and ask.
If he created heaven and earth in 6 days I womder what he has found to keep him occupied since.
I hope he did a better job with his next world
