There are things that you can do like babysitting, washing windows, walking dogs (this is a big money maker). You could also look at starting a small business of your own. You could bake and decorate sugar cookies, you make regular cookies as well. If you like making cakes you could make and decorate cupcakes. Wash dogs is another service you could add with dog walking. Maybe offer to wash their dogs once a week for a fee. Dog walking fee could be like $20 and to clean them add $10 on to that. You get 3 dogs thats $90 a week and you don't have to spend hours walking the dogs. It will take up about 6 hours a week.

Two words: yard work. More words: house sitting. People wi pay to make sure their precious yards are pretty and their houses are sat. Just put some flyers around your neighbor hood, advertising mowing, gardening, snow shoveling, anything house/ yard related. If you have enuf people wanting stuff done, you'll have enough cash. I think it's cool of you to go see your dad. Good luck and God bless.

The natural one that comes to mind would be baby sitting. There should be alot of parents looking for "responsible preteens" to keep their kids so they can have an afternoon out.

You might even consider cleaning jobs for the elderly? doing errands like going to the grocery store.

If someone you know has an in-home business maybe you could work in their office...doing stuff on the computer, stuffing envelopes, answering phones etc. It would be good business skills and teach responsibility and peoples skills.
