You do not give enough information. But that aside,if you are using a computer that someone else is the "administrator" then you can not. I suspect this is the case as you do not know how site access is prohibited. Therefore the site may be blocked to keep you from going there, and I would not want to violate that.
There are a couple of ways to do that and the function probably has a password protecting the setting.

It's too difficult because of its security and technology.
But computer can't understand other language in detail.
So, you'd search adult contents by other language to
read and watch it. Before searching, you'd use dictionary

Depends on how there blocked.
If it's your company doing the blocking, bypassing there filters can get you fired.
If it's your parents computer, bypassing it can get you grounded.
