It is true and I thank you for posting the question.
I prefer not to be a wave maker. Lately, I have found it impossible not to be one. My reputation was that of a quiet and polite person. There are somethings that have come into my path lately which are just not right! Sometimes you need to speak or even more, act.

I think it is just pointing out that by worrying what people think and how they should perceive you and trying to be the person you think they would want you to be, you lose all of your own personality and individuality.
