They gave me a new number when I moved, and they changed my plan without telling me. I went from 25 cents to connect, 10 cents per minute (no free anything) to a dollar a day plus 25 cents to connect and 10 cents per minute, but I get free nights and weekends. Whoop Dee Doo. I only got it for emergency use. Now it will cost me 30 bucks a month just to carry the darn thing around.
What problems have you had? I may use this information to start a class action suit against Verizon because they can't just change your contract.

I was told it takes 3 to 4 weeks to hear back from corporate. Does anyone know a phone number I can call them directly and speak with someone?
