can someone tell me the name of this song, maybe the artist too please????

i rreally want to know the name of this song!! the lyrics are something like this, probably not in this order:

right foot right star
left foot left star
slide to the left
slide to the right
everybody clap your hands

it repeats that over and over. its something like that, probably not exact. please help me!!!!
