Haha that sounds like my freinds and I immitating the peeps from Harry Potter. As far as I know, everyone in England DOES say Bloody Hell!! So keep saying it, me matey! (didnt think we could leave australia out of this, did 'ya?)

i had contact with Brit solders in the early 60s. bloody hell, blood right and to bloody right was often in the air. never heard the term matey, but heard mate quite a bit. with Aussies in Viet Nam 65 & 66. no matey there but heard mate quite a bit
