I don't think he would have paid much attention to politics, or voted if he'd had the chance. He was far more interested in helping people in spiritual ways. Remember, he was the one who said, "Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's, and unto God what is God's."

He was widely though of as a trouble-maker among the leaders of the Jewish faith while he was alive. His constant hammering at them for reforms, particularly where they were splitting hairs to create loop-holes in the Mosaic Law, was very unpopular among the professional preachers of his time. Religion was a very profitable business, and Jesus was about the only one saying that profit should not exist in the Temple.

No, I don't think Jesus would be very involved in politics. He'd be too busy riding a Harley down the highway, and stopping off in a strip-club to have a chat with the ladies. His crowd was always the social outcasts and misfits.

Jesus said to "be no part of this world" therefore he would not vote. He never took sides in politics OR EVEN MENTIONED Politics outside of "obey the laws of the lands." And, "render unto Ceaser what is Ceasers" and when he paid his taxes. That's it, otherwise, he's waiting for HIS KINGDOM to fix the Earth, not a human government!

Because voting means you give someone else the right to speak for you, Jesus would not have voted.
There is only one voice who will speak for Jesus and that is God.
You shall have no other God before me....
Including one voted for.

Jesus wouldn't vote as the religious system is an imperial one. One God, what he says goes, regardless of whether you agree with it or not.

Jesus wouldn't believe in democracy.
