So what your short big deal and no your not fat at all. So don't think that you are. If you think you need to lose some eat more fruits and veggies and exercise more. But never starve yourself or get sick. Cause I've been there done that and trust me you don't want that to happen to you. So just be confident adn eat healthy and exercise a few times a week or get a nutritionise if your that worried about it. But please take this advice and also don't ever lose weight for someone else like a boy or some popular people cause it's not worth it. If someone can not except you the ay you are and look. Well that person is not worth caring for.

you are not fat and don't let people tell you that you are!
people come in all sorts of shapes or sizes; I've always thought those stupid charts in the doctors' offices were based on flat chested girls with no butts because I have spent YEARS trying to "fit" what the chart said, despite my curves, and I pretty much wrecked my metabolism over it because they weren't even looking at BMI back then (and I'm also muscular)
don't ask "am I fat" when you shoudl ask yourself "am I fit?" how many flights of stairs can you climb before you get out of breath? did you see those Twin Tower/9-11 movies where people were having trouble escaping the towers because they weren't fit enough to go DOWN the stairs? they couldn't have made it UP the stairs, could they? can you?
do you eat nutritious food or junk?
I quit asking "am I fat?" and started working on "am I fit?" so I can tell you from personal experience that I'm far happier now and I concentrate on fitness goals (gotta walk 3 miles in less than an hour today; gotta lift "x" number of pounds) than obsess about the "fat."

Yes, your BMI puts your weight well within the healthy range. But what is most important is your body fat percentage, rather than your weight. From your information, we don't know how old you are, if you have a small, medium or large frame or how much muscle mass you have. More information would be helpful to give you a better idea. HTH : )

Your not fat your probably just have a lot of muscle and that is definately not a bad thing. Don't let anyone tell you your fat your average and that's better than being too skinny or too big. But if you don't like your weight you could do some exercises for trouble spots.

You are not fat. I am the same way. 4"11 and 110.0 lbs, but I don't worry about it. As long as I know I look good on that day I don't have to worry about people calling me fat or me even thinking i'm fat at all. I don't think you should either.

If BMI says normal, don't worry. I an 5'4", 195, 34" waist, 48" chest. I workout and do cardio. My BMI says I am pre-obese.

I think you should stop worrying about it. The entire world does not need to look like Paris Hilton, I'm sure you are lovely.

NO!!! Dont worry, because if your BMI said that you are normal (BMI guidelines are certified by doctors!) then you are not fat!
