If your sinuses are blocked, you can try eating some red pepper. Seriously! The pain should draw blood to your face and melt some of the mucus. If you're afraid of that, have some milk (or vegetable oil) and a sweet drink (like fruit juice) on hand. Drink the milk (or rinse with vegetable oil) and drink some of the sweet drink if the pain is unbearable. I like pepper, so I can take it pretty well. You should be able to take it fairly well too because your nose is (I assume) clogged. Water will not help much with the burning from pepper though, so remember to drink milk and keep your peppered hands away from your eyes and nose!
Red pepper will also help stop bleeding, in case you ever need to know.
Take care of yourself! Good night!

There is no known cure for a cold, so you can't as such.
You can help it to go away faster however.
You need some vitamin C (not other vitamins) and some fresh-air.
Do not over-work or put your self under too much strain such as sleep deprivation.
Lagging in bed is not helpful for too long either.
Fresh-air can help the blocked feeling; being awake will normally help to clear some since when you first awake, you feel far worse.
Beware of ear infections, take extra care not to scatch your ear and beware of things like toothache and mouth ulcers.
Eat and drink healthy.

There is no cure, only drugs to suppress the symptoms. You just have to ride it out.

Advil, tylenol, pcp, oops, forget that last one, unless you like it.
