Osama Bin Laden, evil and misguided though he may be, is a posterboy. Ayman al Zawahiri is the brains behind al Qaida, and we have more pressing problems right now. Catching either of them would deal a blow to AQ, but that's it. It's not going to knock out terrorism. That's why we aren't focusing on it as much. Defeating terrorism means eliminating sanctuaries and cutting off funds. It means changing the way we percieve other cultures and the way other cultures perceive us. It means leading from the front, through the proper application of freedom and justice in our own society, rather than cowering behind our militray and blindly continuing on with our daily lives.

Our troops are tied down in Afghanistan and Iraq, we don't have spare military forces to occupy a nation with as many people as Pakistan.

Remember that. We don't have the troops. So if Pakistan does something silly like overthrowing the dictator and setting up an Islamic republic, the USA will have to stop that (and keep Pakistan's nuclear weapons out of religious hands) without people.

So we won't invade Pakistan. Don't worry. If Pakistan represents a risk, it will be carpetbombed with nuclear devices from our submarines in the Indian Ocean.

Have a nice day.

What is right: impeaching Bush for misrepresenting facts to us and
for leading us to the wrong places to catch Bin Laden. Mr Bush is a blind cowboy trying to shoot a lion but hitting squirrels instead. When will we understand that catching Bin Landen should be an easy task for the greatest army in the world? When will we understand that we are under the wrong leadership?
