Its possible depending on the power split ratio but more importantly its how stiff the front and rear suspension are that will let the car GO WILD!

Sort of - you can get the rear tires to hang out on a corner. (I've actually pulled that off in a front wheel drive car.) But they don't usually do the same sort of huge powerslides that a rear wheel drive car can do.

yep! drifting is traction related, once you break traction you can drift despite the fact all wheels may be spinning/driving.
