people unfortunately only see beauty on the outside. As a society we have been brought up with the fact that beauty is only in models, actresses and they are the true meaning of beauty. But i don't believe that bs for one minute and tell your friend that she's is beautiful inside and out!

I didn't bother looking at the picture because beauty is in the eye of the beholder. People "in general" are probably saying it because they are superficial idiots.
