Why does my peroid stop and start eratically? im 19 but only started a year ago!!

It is usual for your periods to be erratic to start with. I know mine were all over the place!
I would however go and see your Dr just as a precaution, because you did start relatively late.

If you started when you were 18 and it's eratic now, it could be just your hormones trying to adjust. Or there could be an underlying problem. Talk to a gynecologist and ask them if it's anything serious. If they're unbearably painful, I would say go right away.

some people have, those kinds of period, myself I have always one about every 3 to 4 months all my life and I am not going to tell you how many years that is.
