I have outlook mail and when it comes in from my phone to my email it shows my cell number with an attachment to the message, , click on the attachment to open and it will show a file number, {jpeg?} click that to see picture. Close the picture.Then where it says "save" click on that and it will open your picture file and there will be a save box, click on that. Then it should be saved.if you don't have a picture file folder to save your picture you have to open a new file{folder} in your email! That's mine and I hope it helped! The thing is you need a place to send them and you have to start a Photo file to send them to! Do you know how to start a file folder by clicking on file on the tool bar in your email?Again I hope I helped!

Right click on it and save it as .jpeg.
