It isn't constant. I'm on second floor. Think the a/c units are over closets but still shakes even though it's cooler. Sent letter to landlord with last rent check, never heard anything.

The reason the landlord isn't answering you, is because he know the house is haunted and there is nothing that can be done to fix it. It will be best for you to just get along with your ghosts, and try to turn this into a advantage for you, like having a ghost party at Halloween, and if you are wild enough maybe the ghosts will leave and go to your landlords house!!!!!!

If you are the second floor are there any major appliances on the first floor as in washer/dryer that could cause it... or appliances agaisnt your walls from other spaces that would cause the vibrations? How old is the space , it could be a combination of things together. Like appliances and weak floor joices or thin walls and appliances. Also furnices, hot water heaters anything that vibrates when it is on.

It is an appliance of some sort. Turn off your A/C, if you can and see if the vibration comes back. If not, then a fridge, washer, dryer, and I'd bet on the dryer, somewhere in the building is causing it. Keep bugging the landlord though.

It sounds like the vibration could be from either the AC unit above, or maybe the refrigerator if it is close by.
