finding a specific persons ip adress...?

I know how to use the Netstat -n code in the ms dos command prompt but i get a list and no names... say i want to find a specific persons ip adress from my computer... how would i do it so i no who im looking at.. thank you

give this site ago to lookup a IP address, there is also a download version for you

Its very complicated I belive theres no way to do this...Its better when u have no ips connected, you exept msn.xfire etc programs.
