Im not sure what your asking but my friends managed to get a copy of the vista beta and it seemed to run fine. They hadnt tried to run much on itlast time i asked though.

Uh are you asking if the next generation consoles have DirectX10? No.
The only systems that even use DirectX are the Xbox and the Xbox360.
