Who are the dead bodies in the season 5 promo pic of The Sopranos?

I recognise Puss, Ralphie and Gloria but who is the other guy? Is it Richie? I assume the girls are meant to be anyone specific, cause I could only think of Tracee in terms of dead women.

Ralphie, Puss, Gloria, and Richie are the dead bodies and the other girls are just random bodies
