Dennis Hastert.
I saw him on TV the other day, in front of Congress singing the Star Spangled Banner on 9/11.
he butchered the words. How sad is that? Speaker of the House and he doesn't know the words to his country's national anthem?

If you are talking about the UK then the speaker of the House of Commons is Michael Martin, MP. There is no speaker in the House of Lords, this role is fulfilled by the Lord Chancellor, Lord Falconer.
If you are interested in the US, the Speaker of the House is Dennis Hastert.
