it depends. if i'm alone with them, i might bring it up. if we're around other people, i will let it go to prevent embarassment then bring it up later.

It all depends on the situation. If I don't really care one way or another about the person, and their lie didn't make me look bad, then I'll let it go. I'm much more likely to stick up for someone else than for myself.

My ex-boyfriend lied to me on many occasions, sometimes I brought it up and sometimes I didn't. It depended on the severity of the lie. He only lied when he was trying to save my feelings from being hurt. It depends what they are lying about. I made it clear that I would not put up with his lies, and he did get a little better, but we are not together anymore and its not because of the lying. Some people just can't help it.

No I don't usually bust them. I figure why embarrass them. I had someone lie to me this week at work. It was such a silly lie. I just acted like I didn't know the truth.

Depends on the intensity of the lie. If it's like "I weigh 150 pounds" and you find out she's actually 170, then whatever. But if she's like "Anthony is my baby's daddy" and I know she's been with Eric too because she asked me to lie to Anthony when she was with Eric, then I might have to call her on it.

It depends how much it matters to me and how I find out.

I do my best to call them on it, even it not directly. I'll just say "What?" and you can often tell my their face if they know they have been caught. Then I will bring it up again as much as possible without being obvious to remind them that they are a big fat liar and should feel bad about themselves.

I let it go, but I always keep in mind that they lied to me. I have a harder time trusting them after and I lose some respect for them.

Most of the time I just let it go. It hurts to see this happening but such is life.
