I just started my junior year of high school and whenever someone sits next to me in class, they start sneezing or sniffling. I know it's probably because I have 3 cats and the dander from them is on my clothes even though I always wash them. This has made me very self conscious to sit next to other people because I feel very bad that I'm making them sneeze/sniffle.
Is there anything I can do?
If you were the other person, would you know what was making you sneeze?
If you were the other person, how would you feel?

To Nora, I think it is me though because I don't handle plants or wear perfume. I'm 100% sure it is the cat dander that is causing people to sneeze/have runny noses when they sit next to me. It is not all people, but 1/2 the time, someone is allergic to me.

To bandnerd, I don't have any cat hair on me. My clothes are always washed before I wear them, but I think cat dander still finds a way to get on me anyway.

It usually takes more than that to trigger a cat allergy. Is there anything else that triggers allergies that you could have in your routine? Like handling plants that have pollen? Maybe wearing cologne? Or smoking cigarettes?

Allergic response has been heightened the last few decades due to prolonged exposure to toxins and smog in our environment. It's fortunate that you don't have any allergies, but I'm glad you're sensitive to the fact that something in your life could affect other people that way.

I would feel sneezy? :)

They can't all be allergic to the cat dander, hardly any people are and if they were it doesn't exactly travel far.

Do you wear any perfume or aftershave? It is more likely to be that.
Maybe it's just your imagination. Something in the room could be making them sneeze or maybe there are colds going around and you only notice it when the people are sitting next to you ?
