im in a singing group and i can sing well . every one in the group can sing but its like im the only one who really takes this seariously. they get on my nerves sometimes cause they dont listen to me. What should i do?

It all really depends on why the group was formed. Is it a church group, high school group, just a group of friends that like to sing? Do you go out and do gigs? Are you as a group planning on recording your songs?
If it is a sponsored group like high school or church, chill. It's for fun and education. It is a moral and character building experience.
If you are out doing gigs and singing for pay, maybe this group is not for you, but remember this teaches you professionalism, something that goes a l-o-o-o-o-o-ong way in the music industry. The best professional singers start out singing for fun because it is simply in their soul and it expresses who they are as a human being.
Do you listen to them? Do they at least listen to you some of the time? There is a mix of personalities here and it sounds like you want to be the dominant personality. Lighten up a little bit and see if you can rephrase some of the things you want them to do or try in your style. It's called negotiation and goes a long way in smoothing the path for cooperation.

Lighten up. Maybe you're being too pushy. Enjoy the group for what it is. Meanwhile, be looking around for others to get another group going. Maybe you can do both groups, at least until something better comes along. Good luck.

well thats really up to you to decide...nobody can really answer that besides you! maybe go with a different group...but you cant be the boss...cuz it sounds like you want to!
