One of the requirements for my graduate program in Public Health is to complete a 400 hour internship. Any suggestions of what country to go to for meaningful community health work experience? Also, does anyone have suggestions of how to fund a 3-month trip besides saving money? Also, what type of health insurance covers travelling abroad?

Belize!!! Wonderful country, great weather, people, nature, you name it. Lots of opportunities for public health. English is the national language, so it's easy to communicate. I spent a month there this summer and it was amazing!
Check w/ your insurance provider, mine still covered me while I was gone.
