I wouldn't do anything to him:
I would take him to downrtown New York,and place him under arresat. Then I would hold a press conference saying he was free on bail and giving the exact time and location h e would be released. Then i would shove him out the door onto the sidewalk full of people waiting for him...New Yorkers would take the correct actions i believe

I'll put in the middle of a room strapped to a chair unable to move, and get him to listen to every religion and politics on Earth that oppose his beliefs. Starting with Judaism, then Christianity, Hindu, Buddhist etc. One religion every day. Until he goes nuts. That will be punishment enough for him. Killing him is the easy way out. Making him live, and watch what he wants to fail, that is a better way. Killing him will only make him a martyr.

I'm not a sympathizer, but I wouldn't kill him. Not because it makes us bad as him, but becasue that would make him a martyr. He would be more powerful dead than alive. He would become larger than life if he were killed by us. They think it's honorable to be killed for the jihad cause or whatever. Why give that to him on a silver platter??
