I live in Ohio in Franklin county and need to request a hearing for divorce issues. I no longer have an attorney and need to know how to fill out this request. The court is of no help.

Im not an exoert in Ohio by motions follow a general form- SOme courthouses have an office to assist pro se parties, They wont give you advice, but they make allow you to see forms that are followed. Hane out in the courts- possibly someone will et you see a form with the names blacked out, that you might generally follow. The court wont care if the documents are 100% perfect.

Go to your local office supply store.
They should have all the paperwork for divorce there.
Are there children involved?
Marital assets?
Are you going for mediation or just divorce?
Contested or uncontested?
Are you filing under indigent status?

You have a long row to hoe.
Good luck.
