Some of the kids were waving at him to get ice cream, others were simply trying to cross the street. The prick had the nerve to come back 10 minutes later, put the truck in park and flick us off saying that he was racing home to catch his wife cheating in the act. Should we report him to the police?

Yes, give them his license plate number, and anything else you can give them. People like that are a just a bad accident waiting to happen. If you report him, maybe someday you will have saved a childs life!
