If memory serves me correctly, a Simian line is a symptom of Down's Syndrome.
Hahaha at yourself Jackie, look it up!!! It is very common in patients with Down's Syndrome, which obviously you must have!!

"The presence of a simian crease can be a symptom of certain medical conditions, including genetic abnormalities such as Down syndrome or Noonan syndrome. However, a simian crease appears in approximately 1 out of 30 people. Males are twice as likely as females to have this condition."

I found this link below that explains all about the simian line and if you look on Part 2. Pictures of simian lines so you can compare your hands. Some people think they have a simian line and they really don't.

To understand that the left hand is was you planned when you was born and that your right hand changes as your destiny changes.

So if you do have to same lines on both hands that just means your life is going to plan : )

A 'simian' line is where the Heart Line and the Head Line are fused together, and are formed into one line. It is not always, representative of having Down's Syndrome (*although, individuals with Down's do have this feature---but, it does not mean 'everyone w/this type line, has Down's)

It's when your heart line and your head lines are fused together into one line across your hands.(Single palmar crease) I have them and some psychic turned my hands over to look at them and looked at them in amazement,
PS. I'm not a monkey.
