You can find Cheap purses at Wal-mart. Payless. You can even find a good purse for a low price at Kohls on a good day!

Get a black purse from Charlotte Russe, my sis got an adorable one from there for $15.

Go to the accessories sections in Wal-Mart or Zellers, they have tones of purses.
You can also try Payless Shoes, they have a bunch of purses.
They are all reasonably priced and have a bunch of different styles and colours.

Get a cream bag or off white, but make sure it's cute. Wear it on your wrist like the celebs.
Payless has some pretty nice bags.
