Personally I Would For Up To 2 Days then It's No Good After that.

I don't think it matters how long they are worn
as long as they are washed everyday! I wash mine everyday but I do get bored wearing the same underwear so I try to get different styles to wear! Why not go out of the gender guideline sometimes? Even Fashion designers do that sometimes! If I guy wears womans underwear so what? If you think that makes him gay then you should think that a woman wearing mens underwear be gay! You can change that word gay to psycho if you wish for
the same point driven.
If you ment underwear left on unwashed for me I couldn't tolerate more than 3 days cause I would get a rash from the underwear! I prefer to wear clean underwear everyday!

Not a guy, but when my husband is trying to gross me out he says you can wear them for 4 days, 1 properly, then turn them around, 3rd time inside out, 4th turned around again.

Everyone is clever enought o know how much to change them. this depends on the body cleanliness. For example if you don't shower you don't need to change them because they will get bad smell again on them as soon as you wear them and will get dirty again. i suggest for you personal hygiene shower everday and change them everday. If you shower two times a day and you did not sweat or are not dirty there is no need to change it 2 times.

one day is fine, but there is no harm going two days. Us guys don't produce much secretions down there. If you wash (your body) every day you can even go up to a week.
