I am looking for home remedies or anything else to help clear up a pimple.

2.5% benzoyle peroxide...the active ingrediant in Neutrogena on-the-spot acne treatment. Go to walgreens and get some it's like $5

Well if u just want to dry it out then mix baking soda with some water. Apply and keep it on for 10-20 min. Wash off. Or just use toothpaste for overnight and wash off. But make sure the toothpaste is more of a paste, not a gel though.

Empty it of the clog and puss and then put some drying agent on it. Until you get the reason for the zit out it will not dry up.

I use alocohol. They say it's bad for your skin, but I use it anyway...
