the best thing you can do is take practice tests.
buy the book that the collegeboard publishes, "8 real SATs," or something, and do a couple of the tests, timed, and score yourself. then focus on what you don't do so well on.
they'll tell you this, but don't spend too much time working out things you don't know. move on and leave it blank, or if you can narrow it down to 2 or 3 possibilities, take a guess.
also sleep, and try not to freak out too too much.

You can take practice tests online, answer questions that will be on the sat's and they give you even more helpful hints while taking your sat's.

It also helps you when you get your scores back to figure out which college you would like to go to.
