It isnt directly about abortion, but The Smith's song This Night Has Opened My Eyes is about giving birth to a child you didnt want, and cant support, so you "get rid of it".

I read on here earlier that the song "We Were only Freshmen" is about an abortion. I forget who sings it, but it's the same band that sings "Bittersweet Melody."
