Get an employer who will sponsor you then a lawyer, which is going to cost you around 3000 and takes around 6 processing months.
First is hard to find an employer who will sponson you since you become a liability to the company.
Second, once you get the visa and you wish to change jobs, you must do it within a month you quit or while you are still employed. This means you have to pay for the processing fee all over but it is effective immediately after your new employer files.
The whole process is costly, i think its the goverments way to give certain assurance to employers who take the risk to hire you.
Good luck.

Legally, the correct answer is the one about going to the Labor Department URL. If you have other sorts of needs, find out where the illegals line up each morning in your community looking for work. Go there and point at the ones you want.
Here in McAllen, the man who cuts our grass, and has done so for many years, went to the parking lot by the Salvation Army which is where the illegals line up. He asked for three workers. They asked how much he'd pay, and he told them $5.50 an hour.
They panicked. They expected to be paid $3 an hour, and figured for $5.50 an hour, they would be worked to death. So, he is still without help.
I told him he needed to tell them $3, and after they worked for a while, tell them they are doing so good he is going to pay them $5.50 an hour. He really laughed.

well you have to go to the border and cut a hole in the fence and yell "workers wanted" I bet they won't turn you down.

Try putting this under "careers & employment" and not "renting & real estate" i'm sure you'll have more luck there.
