keep baby wipes handy, and wipe each nail, along with keeping the nails short.
Use a blunt object to clean under the nail.

a nail brush put it by ur sink and everytime u go to wash ur hands use that brush on them too...especially if you are wearing fake nails u can get fungus growing so keep them clean with the nail brush and use antibacterail soap

Hands are extra dirty, there are so much bacteria on them like there is people in Europe. How too keep them clean? simply water and soup.

Clean the everyday and don't touch stuff that you think might get in your fingernails. Atleast that is how a do it.
