What's the biggest problem you have with your significant other
friendlyshou: The fact that EVERY year he goes through some sort of Jeckyl and Hyde transformation where he is absolutely negative about everything and instead of trying to look for a solution for a problem just complains and is hard to please. And EVERY Gdamned year I forget he gets like this a feel insecure and wonder what's happening, then it blows over and he's attentive and his wonderful self. USed to happen at Christmas/New Years, now I never know when it's going to hit..
trish: Evrything looks reverse.
ssmindia: meaningless nagging
icaruscatfish: She is too significant in my life, and too "other".
B-rad: laziness......
Ms. L: defining our relationship
apey37: hes a goober and thinks that everyone is always against him.
AlphaOne_: With my ex - his undecisiveness. And if he made a choice, he would keep on complaining of it, and wishing he had chosen the reverse (he wasn't even sure whether or not he wanted to be with me... after a year and a half of "I don't know", after four years of more-or-less committed relationship, I gave up!).
Fleur d: I can count so many things but mainly his negligence, giving promises but never keeping them and avoiding the situation when there is a problem and hiding the truth regarding his kids , his ex and job...
The Moral Off The Story
Men do not complain about women as much as women complain about men. That is because men primarily want one thing and it's easy for them to leave. What women want is a lot more complicated.

Marriage isn't the magic threshold that causes change, and nobody enters marriage with either one of those goals in mind, I hope!
Both my husband and I have changed drastically in the last five years that we have known each other. We have been married for one year.
It's the journey. Some changes are expected, while others happen naturally. I expect him to loosen up, and he expects me to be neater around the house. We both expect changes.
Relationships are a two way street! :)

Do you expect to stay the way you were your entire life? People grow and change over time. It's important in a marriage that both spouses grow along with each other as there lifes change. Ex. children, moving, job changes, friends, getting older and even fatter!

I was once in a relationship with a guy who wanted to change me and I didn't want to change him. The relationship didn't work out. You can't make anyone change if they don't want to change themselves. You need to love people the way they are. If you don't then you should move on.

That 's how the saying goes. However in a real marriage life, this is neither practical nor realistic. Everyone changes. It's just reality.

I don't think that's true.
I am not planning to change my man but I believe we will both change.
There is nothing wrong with change as long as it's good change.
We will get wiser in our years... as long as you're not letting yourself go and overeating.
