Jade, Paris Hilton, Chantelle for example, does the hipe get on your nerves for these untalented wannabees, all over the news, being hailed as something special?

Oh my god yes, I hate it.
I don't care if if a famous person had "relations" with sombody else, even if they are having them just for the hype, the media shouldn't be a pest about those things. Most things in the news about celebs are not the mpst true anyway.
Micheal Jackson did not have white "bloches" on his skin and was forced to turn white and Oprah was not abused as a baby.
People in the juornolist bueisnes are paid by the line so one thing they can write about in the news is, ...
You guessed it, peoples personal lives!
You said that they are all untalented which I also agree on but, that fact just makes the world go round.

So agian I say I hate it, and agree with you

Yes - I do! Untalented wannabees on Big Brother for example. They think they're so cool and hip hop just because they're on TV. I also think footballers get way too much - all they're doing is kicking a ball around a pitch and they get paid more money in a week than most people get in a year! If anyone deserves this much money, it is cyclists such as Lance Armstrong.

No, I don't notice them enough because I don't watch TV, buy the glossy magazines or read the tabloids.

They are not really "special" any more than you and I are. In fact, they need to be sympathised with because they live in a goldfish bowl. How sad is it that your life depends on you being splashed in the papers and you don't have real talent or earning power if it weren't for the number of inches you get in the papers - usually acting stupid.

They are only considered "special" because, we, the general public, put them on a pedestal.

sick humor is often appropriate, that's the terrific way of coping with life's miseries. You forever locate those small minded people who're quite indignant, by ability of tasteless jokes. tend to be the comparable persons who the two make life depressing for each individual else by ability of continually attempting to impose their perspectives on all people else, or they finally end up rocking to and fro, in a padded cellular. via fact while life crapped on them they did not be able to guard it in solid humor. in my view i think of the reality Steve Erwin died not interior the jaws of a raging croc, yet being killed by ability of something as daft as a fish immensely ironic. Whoever reported god does not have a humorousness.

absolutely. the reason why they are in there is because no one cares about the real news anymore...most think it is too dull, depressing, and monotonous. i mean, really. it's human nature. would you rather read about paris hilton drunk driving or the war in iraq? plus, we can relate to celeb stories. like paris hilton drunk driving. not that i've done that, but have you or people you know done it? probably. it's something to laugh at, because she is so stupid, and it's something to relate to. it's all psychological.

Yes , but I'm even more sick of the millions of sorry people lapping up that crap. If only a handful of people would buy the magazines or watch programs about them, it would soon stop. As it is...

I sure do. But is it not the people who buy the "news"papers full of stories about these so-called celebs who make them into celebs in the first place.

No. I think it is great that other people's lives are on the news so that I don't have to focus on my life. I mean, really. Who wants to focus on their own lives?
