is this bass ok for me?

ok listen i am getting a bass guitar and i need to know is the EPIPHONE EB-0 ELECTRIC BASS GUITAR about or the same size in length as the dean evo bass guitar

Yes ... the Epihone EB-O bass is a good bass. It is a version of the original Gibson EB-O bass from the 1960's. A bass I used to play (and am looking to purchase again). The Gibson EB-O is the short scale version which makes it very easy to play (there was a Gibson EB-OL which was the Long Scale version).
The Gibson's cost above $1000.00 ....
You should be able to purchase an Epiphone EB-O for between $150.00 to $200.00
The Epihone EB-O is a great starting Bass (and I am thinking about purchasing one too ... have been a Bassist since 1965).

I wouldn't buy ANY bass without playing it first. The two that you mention may have the same scale length (30") but feel completely different. Their bodies certainly are. As a female, you must be concerned about weight and comfort of the instrument or you will suffer down the road. I'd check out some well-known bands that have female bass players, and see what instruments they're playing. Next, find a good bass shop and go try out lots of different brands and models. Finding the right instrument can either make you or break you as a musician,

I play bass, but I'm not familiar with those two particular guitars. However, most bass guitars are pretty much the same. Go to a music store and try 'em on.
