I was pregnant last halloween and I went as a beauty pagent contestent, my sash said Miss Conception on it. It was an absolute hit, just make sure you wear a tight dress so that people can tell you are preggers.

Paint your belly like a basketball and set a hoop up under your belly. Then you could have a shirt that looks like a backboard.The daddy can go as a b-ball player.

Wear a shorty top and have someone paint a jack o lantern on your tummy. Pregnant tummies are so sweet - it's neat that you want to show yours off.

My sister-in-law went as a pregnant nun when she was about 8 months along. Since you will only be 5 months it shouldn't be very noticeable that you are pregnant.
