Do you have to stay at the Manadalay Bay hotel in order to have access to their pool/beach? In other words, do they sell tickets separately for people who just want to use their beach? (I couldn't find anything in the internet)

It is $50 and they make sure to collect. You can purchase access passes once you approach the pool area. It is worth it - a lot of people go.

You do have to stay at one of the 3 mini-resorts on the property, Mandalay bay, Four Seasons, or The Hotel (that's what it's called). To use the pool. I think to use the topless part you still need to be a guest. Trust me if it was free for everyone I would be down there everyday.

You have to be staying at the Mandalay Bay or the Four Seasons in order to use the Mandalay Pool area. They have a special adult area that has an extra fee, even for guests of the hotels.

All of the hotel pools in Vegas are for guests only and they do check room keys against their computer to be sure you are registered.
