What is a BIN File on my computer? Can I delete them?

"BIN" stands for "Binary". It is a type of image file. If you delete them, you may cause other programs to malfunction.

NOOOOO, do not delete a BIN file, it is an image file.

those are binary files and i don't suggest deleting them and putting then in the recycle bin.....
