better coiling after the toss.

power comes from the hips, abs & legs more than the arms. working on deeper knee bends & a better turn of the torso then SNAP! into the ball.

*better than raw power is accuracy. if you can mix up hitting to both corners of each service box, that can get you a lot farther than big flats up the middle.

Try moving your toss 6" further into the court so that you are going at it with more leverage than going at it so vertical. This will cause a flatter serve but usually faster. Mess around with where you are tossing the ball. Your arm should work like a bull whip and make sure to follow through all the way to your left knee if you are right handed,.

Go to the gym and work out. Also, you can work on your fundamentals. Generate more power from your hips. Throwing the ball up higher helps as well. My brother is a weakling, never lifted a weight in his life. He serves 110.

The best way to increase speed on your serve is a good wrist snap at the top of the motion, pronating your wrist just like baseball pitchers do when they throw a ball.
