I bought the Sansa m230 for 50 bucks at Best Buy. It has 512 MB memory, came with a case and an armband. The mp3 player itself has a microphone and an FM player(!) In addition, it runs off a single AAA battery. The battery ran me for around 12 hours (pretty good). The player has been great for me, I love it!
By the way, I saw the same model on circuitcity.com for $45 yesterday (even cheaper).

There's many...check EVERY store u can think of...the cheapest is NOT IPOD!!!!! Don't buy one if u want cheap...I found a 64 MB Memorex on sale for $35 @ Target b4, but some other brands are about $50 with 64MB, which is less than 20 songs...if u don't mind changing the songs oftern, & are just obsessed with the whole "u can run & it soesn't skip" thing, get a cheap one.

the cheapest I know of is the ipod shuffle. It is like 79.99 or something. The new one just came out today. It is like 2 inches length and like half a centimeter of the sides. WOW!

Sansa mp3. It only costs about 69.99 and you can store about 200 songs on it. Go to best buy. There's even a website for the sansa products for free upgrades
