I seen a program awhile back where Netflix would deliberately holdup sending you movies if you were going through too many a month. They admitted that they did so. Does anyone know if they still are slow delivering to you if you are a heavy user?

They definitely do get slower with time.
During the free trial they ship them fast and then after that it slows wayyyyyy down.
I am thinking of trying Blockbusters version of this service.

I have Netflix and I love it. After the free trial they slowed down a little , but not enough to make it not worth the money. I get the two at a time one and it costs 16.05 a month, so if you add up how much you would spend on movies throughout the month on new releases it's 2.99 here so if you rent 6 you've paid for the service. I always get at least 8 a month delivered to me. It also depends on how close you are to the distribution center, if you're far away or they have to get one of the movies you want from a different dist. center it could take longer.

I love Netflix,even if they do get a little bit slower from time to time I have been a member for over a year and only ever had 1 big problem that is way better than the video store.

I have the plan where I can have 4 at a time, unlimited through out the month. I don't have cable and go threw about 2 a day. The only day that I don't get movies in the mail is Sunday.

I love Netflix, never had any problems. I always get my movies within a couple of days unless the mail is slow.

We love netflix. I have never had any issues with slow delivery and have had great customer service when receiving scratched or even cracked dvd's. I highly recommend them to ev1

So far I've gotten a two day turnaround every time. My kids go through movies like underwear, and I haven't experienced any delays.

yes it doesnt give me any problems plus u get to keep the dvds until u send them back.
