Cucumbers, of course. Anyway, if you really wanted a pickle, you could make one with a cucumber. It doesn't work the other way around, you know. Although delicious a pickle will only be a pickle.

I would go for cucumbers, to prevent the "wind" prob with them, just remove the green skin. They are nearly nil in calories, good for the digestive system, taste good in a salad. If they are good enough for the Queen, they are good enough for me
