You can go to the Microsoft Update site and download themes for your PC. I personally like the "Royale" (Energy Blue) theme assuming you are using Windows XP with Luna (Default theme).

Try http://www.webshots.com - It has some excellent pictures for your desktop. You may change your mind about themes.
