Do you use a wet razor or an elctric shaver?
If it's the former, you need to wash your face thoroughly with a facial cleanser before you shave.
Once your face is really clean, use a sensitive gel to lather up.
You should use hot water to make shaving easier.
Make sure your razor is clean before you use it.
Do not shave too much of your face between rinses.
When you have finished shaving, rinse your face with clean, cold water. This will close the pores on your face and stop them getting infected.
Use a skin balm to calm the skin down.
Try not to wear clothes that might rub against your neck. This often irritates the skin and causes spots.
I hope your skin gets better.

My ex had that problem. I had him put a washcloth on his face as hot as he could take it for about 5 minutes. Then instead of shaving cream he used my hair conditioner. When he was done shaving, he put a washcloth as cold as he could take it. It also made his face very smooth and the hair grew back slower.

You can also buy shaving powder, so you don't have to use a razor. You can find it in beauty supply stores in the black hair products section.

Try using Australian Bodycare Products. Use their Skin Wash to shave with and then their Active Face Cream to moisturise afterwards. You can buy their products online at www.klmbeauty.co.uk
