I want to start an online business where I can earn money. I am planning an online parent coaching business where I can help parents through email and telephone conversations. I've never started a website and would like it to be fairly easy (if possible). Are there any free or inexpensive places where I can do this? What methods of payment are best to use? Thanks!

Inexpensive yes.
Yahoo has a great website service, including simple cut & paste websites you custom make.
Yahoo accepts credit cards. If you mean payment to you, you will save money if you ask for money orders or payment via pay pal.

if you want to have your own website first of all design your webpage
then request the isp for the space they will charge you a little bit

You need a domain name and hosting. You can use an easy website builder if you can't make one yourself. You can use paypal for payment which is free. http://www.workfromhomeforreal.com/website.html
