Density(1)*Gravity*Height(1) = Density(2)*Gravity*Height(2)

Gravity cancels out.

Height(water) = (13.6g/cc * 1mm) / (1g/cc) = 13.6 mm

So the conversion is 1mm Hg = 13.6 mm Water
