I need any information on courtship/dating in the 1960's.

no different from any other time really...........dependant on which area you came from.....and the rules were different.

sexual freedom...rubbish...that went on in the fifties they were just quieter about it, in the sixties people were just a little bit more open. thats all.

Much as it is today. We went to movies, pizza parlors. One difference was that we had sound booths, where 2 people could fit inside a plastic enclosed cubicle, and listen to 45s to see if we wanted to purchase the records. Another difference was the drive-in theatre; walk-in theatres were new and there were not very many of them. Also, the biggest concern was: pregnancy, not HIV/AIDS. So times were more relaxed.

The main difference was you wanted to date a number of people and did not go 'steady' or stay with one person until you had dated lots of people.

It was more romantic and less speed
human being any where any time is the same feelings
but that time life was not complicated like now.
